Who we are

This site is run by No More Nipping, the dog products business behind Poo Puc, based in Sunderland, UK. We decide how the details you send us are used, which makes us the controller of that data under UK data protection law.

What we collect

Only what you type into the trade enquiry form: your name, job title (optional), company, work email, business type, number of stores (optional), what you'd like from us (optional) and any message you add.

We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and the fonts are served from this site rather than a third party.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you want, talk about stocking Poo Puc: samples, specs and trade pricing. We ask you to tick a box agreeing to be contacted about your enquiry, and we rely on that consent and on our legitimate interest in answering trade enquiries.

We won't add you to a mailing list or sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing.

Who else handles it

The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and keep the site secure. Enquiries are emailed to us using Resend. Both act on our behalf and may process data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK law requires for international transfers.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any trade conversation that follows. After that we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, have them deleted, or object to how we use them. Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time. To do any of this, email paul@nmnpetproducts.com.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
